We have been grain growing for forty years and can see the real value of storing grain on our farms.

It gives us the flexability to sell our grain when it suits our budget, also the benefit of not being in a line up at the local grain silos.

We approached WRL to build us a sealed grain shed to compliment our other storage systems.

We found the team at WRL to be courteous and very  professional to deal with, their workmanship is excellent and efficient.

Being fully sealed this shed gives us the ability to use phosphine gas and other fumigation methods to kill insects.

We are very happy with our selaed grain shed and our next storage project will be another WRL shed from Warren.

After last years good harvest where we had to put a fair bit of grain in bunkers , which we have done for the past 25 years. After battling storms, strong winds and heat etc. during filling and unloading , I thought there must be a better way of safely storing grain without the hassle of the bunkers. While sitting at a coffee shop in Brisbane, I decided to research "sealed grain sheds", which led me to the WRL website. I immediatley rangWarren and had a yarn about his sehds. He told me he had built a few around Moree , so he knew the area and that black soil can be difficult to build on. I then went to have a look at a 3150 tonne shed that WRL had built and after seeing it I immediatley gave Warren a call to confirm an order for the same size shed. We were just finishing the pad when Warren arrived and within an hour he had helped me do a final trim on the site, he then put all the string lines in and started digging the holes for the foundations. From then on it was flat out , getting everything done accurately , on time and on budget. The completed shed is everything  and more than I expected, giving me confidence in being able to store grain ina vermin and insect free environment, with the added benefit of having a place to put our machineryin a lockable shed when we are not using it for grain.

We have been storing grain now for over 30 years and realise the importance of sealed grain storage to control insects. We approached WRL to manufacture a sealed grain shed, so we can use phosphor gas to kill weevils. They erected two grain sheds and both are totally air tight. The quality of their workmanship is second to none and they were very good in working with us to get the sheds air tight. It is a very low cost option of storing storing grain compared to erecting grain silos on a per tonne basis. I would have no problems in recommending WRL in erecting a sealed grain shed.

We have been dealing with WRL Engineering for over 10 years and have always found their work to be second to none.

Around 9 years ago they built a large carport for us  and have recently completed a large workshed and both jobs were done to perfection.

There work is always of a high standard, regardless if it is fixing a small item or building large sheds.

For many years our family grain growing enterprise members have seen the need to be able to store larger amounts of grain on the farm, to aid marketing decisions when prices are below acceptable. We knew of other grain growers who had recommended WRL Engineering in Warren and on consultation with the WRL team we decided to build a 102mtr x 18mtr fully sealed storage grain shed. The organisation of WRL is extremely efficient-nothing is too much trouble and the completed shed has had every fine detail attended too- pretty rare these days!I fully recommend their whole operation.
